Best- Leighton Meester in Bottega Veneta
Worst - Don't know the name but she was a writer? accepted an award in a hideous red dress with NO BRA whose seams cut across her chest above the nipple on one side and below on the other. DISGUSTING!

I actually thought there were a lot of fashion nightmares. Best would have to be Rose Byrne in Valentino. Worst hard to say, but Christina Applegate was really a hot mess!
